Founder, ComplexED

ComplexED was created from direct experience inside public school systems. Dr. Lewis spent more than a decade in education as a teacher, school administrator, and district leader, including serving as the founding Director of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for DC Public Schools, where he helped lead districtwide systems for coordinating student support across more than 100 schools.

MTSS Studio grew from firsthand experience leading MTSS at scale and navigating the limitations of fragmented district systems and inflexible commercial platforms.
